After the collections of data in the ITE clementi west campus, we found out that mostly our target market is interested in board gaming. So there for ,our group have come out with this package to attact their attention.
From 12pm-3 pm fridays(exclude public holidays & eve.)
1) (2 home made cookie, 2 drinks & 1 hours of gaming of 1 hours) for 2person @ $9
2)( 3 home made cookie, 3 drinks & 1 hours of gaming of 1 hours) for 3 person @ $15
3)( 4 home made cookie, 4 drinks & 1 hours of gaming of 1 hours) for 4 person @ $20
4)(5 home made cookie, 5 drinks & 1 hours of gaming) for 5 @ $25
5)(6 home made cookie, 6 drinks & 1 hrs hours of gaming) for 6 @ $30
(Extentsion of 1 hours per person is just $2 for further gaming.)

As for the Pricing , the personal interview survey has shown that student/Teacher are willing to pay for our gaming service a range of $3-$5 per hour.So we going to charge a maxium of $5 at peak period and as low as $3 for non-peak peroid.

The main purpose of our boardgame is to let ITE student/Teacher to release stress over school works .Our service is here to help them relax themselves at the same time to let them bond wih their friends.Our unquie selling point of our service is that we use boardgame that are not common in sinagapore but is fun we have also lower our price due to our target audenice willingness of paying for the service.We also provide a long list of english songs for our customer to delucate for free.Boardgames advaliable for sales. Competition may held if session contact is well response.
Place
After result of the survey, we can see that our customer want air-con room for the location.So after several discussion we decided that B2/202 in the school will be the most suitable for our event to carry out.If B2/202 have been use on that day ,B2/203 will be our backup room for the event.
Feedback
A feedback form will be issue to customers after they have finish their gameing session with us. This is to check whether our service have meet their needed or have room for further improvement
