It's official. I'm the official pimp for RACE FOR THE GALAXY. I intro her to guy, and they get addicted and want to play with her more and more. After playing with her the first time, guys can just keep on going, and going. She can't be over-played! There's no such thing.

I bought RACE around 12th or 13th (kinda after i first learnt it on 11th), brought it to staff night on 12th. Staff night was SUCKY cuz no one was there to open the door, and since i brought along a game, we played it @ central mall.

Brought her over to cafe on Friday 17th for lamination with Weihao. Bumped into Joseph who was just about to leave. Cafe was full when i was there and it wasn't a good time to laminate, so, we decided to play somewhere nearby...

After that, went to cafe, attempted to laminate, but the laminates did not stick to the cards due to moist cards aka SWEAT-FILLED.

Anyway, for some reason, we decided to go over to Joseph's place to stayover and game.

Then 2 more rounds of Race for the Galaxy till 6am. Gosh. And Joseph and I had settlers shift 11am onwards. wow.

It was a cool game! Javen thought so! We told him so! played 2 games. I remember the 2nd game well. cuz Javen had 32 pts, I had 49pts, Joseph had 62 WHOOPING POINTS. like, i like the "produce and get 2xVP" strategy, but Joseph set it up better. We ended the game with 12th building AND using up all victory pts.

Race has invaded my life, and it looks like she'll never leave... I have to intro her to more ppl.

Had a few games with Damien and Donkey (bosses of PI) last weekend, using the bonus tiles from the 1st expansion! I can only say the game is more entertaining, and i look forward to the 2nd expansion and more.

Interaction is key, and while i complain that the base set is very solitairy, adding these expansion ingredients makes the game very good. For those who have not tried the game with the expansion stuff, do so. Its good.

Did i mentioned that its good?
