The Conclusion

HGC new fashion outlet will held at the Vivo city&habourfront shopping first to try out the market.Survey will be carry out as a result our market target mainly will be the teenages & youth adults estimate ageing around 15-25.Pricing will be set resonabable for public which is around 15-20.Fashion trend is design to what the target market needs as what the survey stated. Our mission will be bringing this new fashion in and make our company HGC be the top few fashion company in singapore.Therefore,there is no surprise when you see HGC banded clothing around in singapore in a few years time.

Product

Our Product is based on customers’ personal expectations and we are doing follow-ups as a middleman between the manufacturer and the customers. Basically, our product is something which the market lacked of and it is going to be a brand new and fresh input to the market and certainly it will create a new impact to the fashion world.

Competitive Advantage

Since then our product is what is said to be new and fresh to the market, this in turn gives us an upper hand in our competition against other competitors because of its uniqueness of the way customers get our product. Our product basically is just based on customers’ satisfaction and personal preference to get it done. Therefore, this strategy is rather new to the market as our competitors have their own product made and sold as based on their company’s way of engaging the market.

Our group decided to use Qualitative survey to find out from student, lectures & stuff in ITE clementi west about the interest in playing boardgames before setting our business. Feedback form will be issue after the event have ended to find out whether our event service is good or bad.We will collect the data together and make into a statics for easy to understand.

How to carry out?
Qualitative survey

1) To ask 4 teacher and 16 student in the cantten,staff room& classroom

2)will be asking question to the target maket not for them to fill

3) Find out interest of boardgames

4)Age,gender,crouse

5)what kind of price will you pay for our sevice?

6)Which room in school do you perfer?

7)which type of boardgames you like?

List of boardgames not stated? since they dont know about our
boardgames, so it will be difficult for them to judge like or dislike.

during lesson time, we should not be disturbing class so drop
the idea of surveying in the class.

i'm wondering will it be better that we state the room they prefer
as air-con or non air-con room, incase they prefer to be in SR room or
some other com lab? will be worse if they want to play in staff
room.

drop the music idea as we want to reduce noises in the school.

recently i knew a prob with our team mate k1
u see...k1 is with k2...
k2 doesnt really like him spending time with us instead of her...

there was one time when we had a meet up at central mall...
k1 was with us and that cause k2 to be unhappy...
and caused tension among them...

and then more recently...
k1 went to yk house to do some finishing to our work...
k2 found out(thanks to big mouth)and same thing happened again...

k1 ah k1...
we know its hard on you sometimes but cont to push on...
we need you together...
strive on...
really hope k2 can be more understanding and know whats more impt...

this is the advantages and disadvantages written in the book:

Advantages:

1)it affords more understanding for both interviewer
and the respondents as there is a two-way feedback

2)complex questions can be explained on the spot

3)it enables the interviewers to show the respondents certain
visual aids ( dont understand what it means )

Disadvantages:

*it is time consuming and expensive as many
interviewer are required ( dont think this affect us )

*(suggestion that replace this: it is time consuming and it can
only be conduct during breaktime, some people might not willing
to be interview because they are having their lunch)

different interview techniques may be a source of bias as
respondents may be affected by the interviewers

today my job is very easy compared to john and kol, i am sorry
coulden help much especially john.........dont force yourself
too hard on finishing the statistics, take a break once a while
if u cant finish we hv no right to blame on you, dont feel quilty

Disadvantage

Compare other gaming cafe in singapore that have the same service as us, cafes in singapore such as settels & pit shop have more type of choose of boardgames than us to choose from.Areas that provide the service maybe biggest then us.They use online promotion where else we do not.They have others payment mode where by we only accept cash.

Advantage

We carry out in school where by no outsiders will come therefore more safer.Our price is cheaper compare to outside marketas we have the same kind of boardgames.We have crews at every table to guide and serve the customers as others cafe cannot meet it.We use sms to booked seat which no cafe provide that service.
